I will endeavour to help wherever possible or point towards more appropriate advice. If however your question crosses too far into patient confidentiality, I hope you will understand why I cannot answer your question.
Consider.. would you want me to discuss your care with a friend or relative without your knowledge?

Subject: higher hgh levels
Question QUESTION: since hgh helps teenager gorw taller i was woundering if i am still growing in hieght if i were to take arginine would it increase my hgh levels enough for it to make me much taller then my predicted hieght, if i took it over time
ANSWER: Adawe
My advice is not to take anything unless it is recommended by a doctor who has done a detailed assessment of your general health, bone patterns and hormone levels.
Inappropriate use of growth promoting products may lead to deformities, somewhat defeating the intended purpose. For example, if one leg bone has stopped growing and the other is in the process of stopping, then stimulating growth could make one resume growth and the other not.
If you are on target for your predicted height, then I would be satisfied with that. Excessive height may have some perceived advantages, but can result in real problems in later life.
I hope this helps.

QUESTION: but is there anything out there i can take which can increase hgh levels any supplemment you know of out there
Answer Adawe
While there are numerous products which claim to promote growth, my recommendation would be to avoid all of them. In all probability they are ineffective, or may contain hormones in uncortrolled amounts with no certainty that they are safe or the same from one batch to the next.
You may find that stretching exercises may help, but these should be done sendsibly under supervision of a physiotherapist to make sure that no other damage is done. Otherwise, more complex surgical procedures may be possible but are only likely to be carried out when a doctor has concerns that growth is abnormal and should be treated.
My advice would be to try not to focus on your height as it will only make you more conscious of a problem that may be more psychological belief that physical. Suitable clothing and an acceptance that people who are shorter can equally be successful in all aspects of life, will help.
So please, avoid the risks of illegal and possibly harmful products which could do more harm to you than they offer benefit.
