i have taken two pills and i am having trouble going to sleep is this a side effect.

HI,Janet,
According to my references, insomnia can be a side-effect in about 5% of people that take Levaquin. It could also be from the infection that you are taking it for. Fever often interfers with sleep patterns,also. Hopefully, this will resolve itself in a few days, Mary
