Subject: The use of Alli diet pill and multiple sclerosis

Question
Hi I am curious to know if taking alli is safe for people diagnosed with multiple sclerosis the relapsing and remitting form.

Answer
   Hi,Chanel!
I do not see any problem taking Alli if you have MS. If you are taking any medications that increase serotonin levels, it is not recommended. Examples of these include SSRI antidepressants such as Prozac,Paxil,Zoloft,Celexa,Lexapro, etc and MAOI inhibitors. Hope this helps, Mary
