Answer Hi Atul,
Your symptoms require investigation. There are a number of possibilities.
1. You are becomming refractory to losar H and hence the dose may have to be adjusted.
2. You have severe gastric reflux and that is causing effects which are similar to cardiac pain
3. You actually have cardiac pain.
Now we do not know which one of the above is true, that will be revealed by investigations.
A simple ECG and may be an echo will reveal the status of your heart may be TMT will be required, but dont undergo angiography for no reason.
Endoscopy will confirm if gastric lining is ok.
Since ECG is less traumatic than endoscopy, take this first, and then let us see. Any competent cardiologist can do it, if you tell me which city you liv I may be able to suggest one.
Best wishes
