Question dr,Can u tell me the difference between Rabiprazole+itorpide and rabiprazole+Domperidone?which combination is more better in Gastritis cases?

Answer Hi Mr. Nair,
There is not much to choose between itopride and domperidone, but personally I would go for itopride. This is because domperidone acts on the lower part of the intestine better than the uper part. Itopride has a better action on the upper part of the GI tract which would be preferable in your case.
