Question Does smoking negate the effects of taking trileptal for seizures?
Answer Hi Marsha,
have had a look at a lot of information about Trileptal and smoking, but found no evidence to suggest a link between smoking and efficacy of trileptal. I am however not going to advice you to continue smoking, it would be best if you stop.
