Question
Can Prevacid give a positive result in a drug test for THC? I have been told that it can.

Answer
Ho Jose,
Pantoprazole (Protonix, Pantoloc) which is similar to Prevacid can cause false positive for THC. I am not sure that Prevacid is also responsible for false posivies for THC.
