Is it safe for me to use night time moisturizer that contains hydrogen peroxide to treat mild acne while being pregnant?

From all the information I can find it appears the consensus is that topical hydrogen peroxide has not shown dangerous effects to either mother or child under normal use circumstances. Most information does say you should minimize exposure, using the drug for as short as time as possible. I would recommend that you discuss your acne treatment with your ob/gyn before you make your final decision.
