Question Is taking lycopeneis good as antioxidant ?
Secondly I want to know the role of calcium patothenate and biotin in grey hair as well as brittle nail Sir, Can U guide me
Thanks and Rgds.
Answer Dear Ashish
Yes, lycopene (found in tomatoes) is a very good and apparently safe antioxidant.
I doubt very much if either pantothenic acid or biotin (both B vitamins) have ant role to play in the greying of hair and any claims made to the contrary are probably spurious.
