I'm afraid I don't have access to any speciailist references on potential interactions between herbal and conventional medicines. There are some significant ones associated with St Johns Wort, but I do not believe flucloxacillin is an issue.
For absolute safety, you can obviously stop the vitamins and herbals for the few days you are taking flucloxacillin, but I would not expect problems if you were to continue and take them all together.
