A side effect of FMS can be chronic Headaches. I have had FMS for two years now and I have a constant headache that never goes away. I too take Lyrica and a multivitamin, however the headaches preceeded the medication.
You may talk to your doctor about a muscle relaxer for the headaches, as FMS is a muscle issue. This could help
