I'm a male 35 years and i live in the Netherlands. I have acne since i was 16 and i'm now on accutane since November 2007. I still have 1 month to go and i have no acne at the moment at all so im very happy. I have 2 questions:
- What is the change that the acne will come back? I had mild acne.
- I experience several side effects, but also i have had sort of nose infections and throat infection the last 4 months...it's like im having a cold very often. Is this also a side effect? Ok thanks for your answer.

Answer Hi Peter,
The chances that you will get acne again are poor, this is based on experience with acne. Many people get rid of their acne after treatment, hence the chances are low. What you are describing does not sound like a side effect of accutane, but probably something known as Seasonal allergic rhinitis I would suggest you think along the lines of SAR.Hope this helps
