My TSH is 100. What will be the perfect dozes of eltroxin I should take regularly?

Hi,Chanchal,
Are you sure that your TSH is 100? That is very high. Are you newly diagnosed as being hypothyroid? The highest TSH I've ever seen was 26. Usually, your doctor will start you on a dose, then monitor you for a few weeks before changing the dose. It depends on the person's metabolism; there is no perfect dose because everyone's body is different and reacts differently to the hormone replacement. Hope this helps, Mary
