Well, when I was in high school, I liked science and one of my friends' sisters was in pharmacy school. She told me about the classes she was taking and it sounded interesting.
I found out that there was a pharmacist shortage and as a profession, it paid well. After 20+ years as a pharmacist, there is still a shortage and it still pays well. It's never boring to me,and I am always educating people and always learning myself! Mary
