QUESTION: So how often should you cleanse your body? That acai pure says its a cleanser, but I don't go very often. That acai pure says to take up to 3 in the evening, is this going to keep me up all night
Answer Dear Kristi
I will point out that the latest research shows that there is no such thing as cleansing or detoxifying the body using herbal or other drugs. Acai is not a laxative and will not keep you up all night. It is supposed to cleanse the body from the inside. It is doubtful it will do any harm but equally as doubtful that it will do any good. Go ahead and try it - you never know.
