Question QUESTION: i am 29 years old unmarreid man, suffering with phobia depression since last 2 years, i have taken taken anti depression medicines which effected to my libido, iwant to konw the side effects of BUPRON and BUSPAR tablet whether it effects to libido or fertility in any concern or if u can suggest any anti depression and anti anxity medicine from indian market which does not libido and fertility, i will be very thanxfull to you

I am not sure whether they are available in India or not but either trazodone or moclobemide may help you in this situation. As your pharmacist.
Buspar does not normally affect libido but is not all that good for depression, more used for anxiety.

QUESTION: as u know i lost my libido, i am fearing in taking any anti depression pill, but you are suggesting me for MOCLOBEMIBE , sir i want to know its side effects , wether it will also effect to libido, what are its other common side effects , is it incresing plood pressure?

I suggested mocobemide because it does not usually affect libido. I have appended the list of adverse effects but all in the long list are not all common. It can inceasse BP but only in rare instances.

Adverse Reactions Aurorix is usually well tolerated. No adverse event occurred with an increased frequency of more than 5% compared to placebo. The following transient effects have been observed: sleep disturbances, dizziness, nausea, headache. In very rare cases, confusional states have been observed, but these rapidly disappeared on discontinuation of therapy.
Other adverse events with an incidence of < 1% in clinical studies, or reported in postmarketing surveillance, are as follows.
Psychiatric. Difficulties falling asleep, nightmares/ dreams, hallucinations, memory disturbances, confusion, disorientation, delusions, increased depression, excitation/ irritability, hypomanic symptoms, aggressive behaviour, apathy, tension.
Central and peripheral nervous system. Migraine, extrapyramidal effects, tinnitus, paraesthesia, dysarthria.
Gastrointestinal. Heartburn, gastritis, meteorism, indigestion.
Cardiovascular. Hypertension, bradycardia, extrasystoles, angina/ chest pain, phlebitic symptoms, flushing.
Dermatological/ mucocutaneous. Exanthema/ rash, allergic skin reaction, itching, gingivitis, stomatitis, dry skin, conjunctivitis, pruritus, urticaria.
Genitourinary. Disturbances of micturition (dysuria, polyuria, tenesmus), metrorrhagia, prolonged menstruation.
Others. General malaise, skeletal/ muscular pain, altered taste sensations, hot flushes/ cold sensation, photopsia, dyspnoea, visual disturbances.
