ANSWER: Dear Majid
I am not sure whether they are available in India or not but either trazodone or moclobemide may help you in this situation. As your pharmacist.
Buspar does not normally affect libido but is not all that good for depression, more used for anxiety.

ANSWER: Dear Majid
Paroxetine can cause loss of libido but not normally. However, it commonly can delay ejaculation, in fact it is often used to delay this in persons suffering from premature ejaculation. It may be worth a try for your depression.
I did say to you before that either trazadone or moclobemide could be used (I am not sure about their availability in India though). Both these very rarely interfere with one's libido.

QUESTION: dear sir,
i showed to a psychitrist in india he advised me to take MITRAZAPINE tablet and ETIZOLAM tablet, he said me it will not effect to your libido , i want to know the fact from you , i trust you fully. i will start this medicine by geeting yr clearence only waiting for yr reply soon.
thanking you
AnswerDear Majid
Mirtazapine does not usually cause loss of libido and is worth a try but it can cause drowsiness especially in the first few weeks so is better taken at night. Weight gain is also a common problem. Etizolam is a benzodiazepine-like drug and is used for anxiety disorders and as a hypnotic. I would only use this for no more than 4 weeks at a stretch as it is addictive. It does not affect libido but again can often cause drowsiness and affect concentration (much more so than mirtazapine). Make sure you do not take any more than 0.25 mg tablets during the day especially initially.
