Paxil CR can cause abnormal ejaculation and decreased libido.

QUESTION: dear sir,
i showed to a psychitrist in india he advised me to take mirtazapine tablet and etizolam tablet, he said me it will not effect to your libido , i want to know the fact from you , i trust you fully.

Answer Hi Amsal,
Mirtazapine is not likely to adversely affect your libido. I have also read reports that mirtazapine in combination with venlafaxine can increase libido.
I do not have information on Etizolam.
