I have personal experience dealing with terminally ill persons and their needs, as well as their families` needs. I graduated in 1984 from Pharmacy School and have been a Licensed Pharmacist since then. I have 18 years retail pharmacy experience. Prior to my pharmacy training I have 3 years hospital experience as a Nurse`s Aide.
Question I have been using Spirva for about a year and I find that in each monthly supply, more than one of the "pills" seem to be empty. Am I doing something wrong during the process?
Answer It is possible that you are doing something wrong during the process of using the inhaler or it is also possible that the contents of the capsule are a fine enough powder so that you do not notice the medication. If you continue to have problems using Spiriva I would recommend that you discuss this with your doctor.
