Question
I am getting married in 4 weeks time and I would love to be able to enjoy the run up to the wedding, hen night etc by indulging in alcohol without a hangover. However, since taking Tetralysal 300 for my skin I suffer terrible hangovers after 2 units of alcohol. Should I come off the medication on days that I'm drinking or should I come off it completely? How can I not suffer hangovers?

Answer
Hi Grainne,
Quite a few persons suffer from interactions when they mix Tetralysal and alcohol. The alternatives before you are as follows:
1. Avoid alcohol and enjoy an alcohol free time (some people do enjoy it, but frankly I am not one among them)
2. Stop tetralysal for a while a week ahead of the wedding and enjoy yourself. You can restart the medication.
Wish you a very happy married life.
