Because i had a drug test and i'm in the military and also a work for a delievery company. Well i got real sick but needed the money so i bought alot of these type of medication   and others for chest and nasal congestion and was taking them non-stop for a week and two days all the way up to taht morning of the urinary testing i need to know because i dont do it never have and i might get kicked out please help thank you so much for your time. hopefully i didnt confuess you if i miss spelled or anything. thank you

Answer
Hi Chris,
Most drug tests employed now a days are quite specific and accurate. These tests depend either on antibodies or on chemical identification using very modern gadgetry. I do not think that with sudafed and alka seltzer, you will not test positive for the drugs they are testing. Mainly they are searching for the illicit use of drugs like opioids, methamphetamine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, or cannabinoids.
Overall I see little reason for you to worry, since these medicines are not likely to land you in trouble, but if something does go wrong lease get back to me.
