Question I have been taking Apo-paroxetine 90 mg and just renewed my percription at another pharmacy and the gave me nova-paroxetine 30 mg. I need to know asap is this the same as the other(apo). Thanks
Answer Hi Darlene,
They are the same. The prefix Apo means it is made by Apotex. The prefix Novo means it is made by Novopharm. The active ingredient is the same and there should be no therapeutic differece.
Thank you for using Allexperts
Sincerely,
Eric Brandt, B.Sc. Pharm
