ANSWER: Hi Kathy,
I suggest trying a topical anti-inflammatory. There is a new product called Voltaren Emulgel. You can get it without prescription.
Let me know how it works.
I had an additional thought. Soaking your feet in Epsom Salts may also reduce the burning sensation.
Thank you for using Allexperts
Sincerely,
Eric Brandt, B.Sc. Pharm

QUESTION: I bought the cream and it works for a very short time,,,really was a waste of $15. I was so praying ,,any other suggestions,,Im not going to take the Gabapentin anymore it is useless too,,Gosh what could this be,,over 2 years,,and no one can help,,no diabestes,,etc,,

Answer
Hi Kathy,
Try the epsom salts. It is inexpensive and may work. Also you may want to see a podiatrist. I know they havw formulas that they prescribe to be compounded at a compounding pharmacy. They include ketamine, and local anesthetics as well as anti-inflammatories. The combination helps, but you need a prescription for it.
What you have may be plantar fasciatis, or reflex sympathetic syndrome as a result of injury.
Thank you for using Allexperts
Sincerely,
Eric Brandt, B.Sc. Pharm
