Question I am 83 years old and have frequent hot flashes, Can you tell me of a cream or lotion I can use to lessen the hot flashes. I am taking seven medications for thyroid, high blood pressure and atrial fib.

You may benefit from a low dose of topical bio-equivalent hormone therapy. I suggest you go to a compounding pharmacy that deals with bio-identical hormones and consult with the pharmacist there.
