Question QUESTION: is anti depresstion medication ever used as an appetite suppressent or are the mixed together, and which ones
ANSWER: Hi Kimberly,
If over eatinf is caused by depression then antidpressan may be used. Howver as plain appetite suppressants, anti-depressants are not the treatment.

QUESTION: I had a physicians assistant prescribe anti-depressants when I don't have any depression, and just don't have time to be depressed what should I do now?

Does this person have authority to prescribe? What are this persons qualifications? What information was given to the prescriber to result in an anti-depressant being prescribed?
