Question I recently came across your answer to a question on adderall. You stated that the person should avoid high levels of Vitamin E. My question is, why does an individual need to avoid high levels of vitamin e while taking adderall? I apologize if this is a dumb question.
Answer Dear PJ
I was not really inferring that vitamin E and Adderall were incompatible but high doses of the vitamin have been shown to increase the incidence of cardiovascular disease. ie high doses of vitamin E should be avoided by all, as is the case with some other vitamins, namely A and D.
