Question old lady suffering from osteoarthritis prescribed olmasartan 20 mg and dytor 10 mg for BP control suddenly developed acute pain in all joints- any interaction or side effect with these drugs
Answer Hi Hary,
I dont think this is an effect of Olmesartan, such a reaction has not been reported. However, the drug is not an old drug and we keep finding new side effects everytime. So stop the drug and see if the pain goes away, esle we have to think of an alternative explanation.
