Answer Hi Nitin,
Muscle cramps are generally due to electrolyte imbalance, but nocturnal cramps are treated with Evion. While you should try evion, I suggest a electrolyte solution like Electral, to be taken daily.
Are you on salt restricted diet? That could be the reason of cramps.
If none of this works the try a tablet of Carisoma at night.
