There are several effective antibiotics for bladder infections. The choice of antibiotic depends on the sensitivity of the bacteria. For this type of infection we can use nitrofurantoin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, amoxicillin, cephalexin depending on the bacteria and its sensitivity to the antibiotic.
