Question Our company is starting random drug testing and I was wondering - my husband has a prescription for Diazepam 10's. I took 1/2 of one to help me sleep and I am worried about how long it will be in my system if I have to take a Urine drug test. Please help me get this worry out of me. Thank you so very much!!!!! P.S. I never take pills and I have a fairly quick metabolism if that helps.
Answer Hi Lori,
You have made a bad choice for sleeping aid. Diazepam stays for long in your system and it can be detected upto 8 days after a pill. But after that you will be clean, so whatever happens avoid being tested less than 8 days after you have taken the drug. Take leave stay away from work, whatever, but at least 8 days to get you a clean report.
