Question Can this be a pulled muscle in my chest. I've had these
symptons before.
Answer Hi LaRose,
Chest pains and tightness can be muscular, or heart condition or indigestion. Have yourself checked out immediately if the pain is unexplainded and lasts longer than a few minutes and not resolved with antacids.
