What is the effect of Cialis on a young healthy male (say age 23)? What effect will it have on erections?

Hi Dave,
Sexual performance has two components, one mental and one physical. The mental component is the desire to have sex and the physical one is to have an erection that will help penetration. Drugs like viagra and cialis help the physical component and have no eeffect on the mental one. There could be some spill over effect on the mental component due to novelty of having used a drug!!
In a young man with normal erection, cialis may produce a slightly improved erection and may give a better orgasm, but this effect is purely psychological and will wear off with regular use. If erection is not adequate it will give better erection and this effect will be seen every time you use it. Cialis will not give any more advantage than the one stated above.
