Answer Hi Herb,
Effexor and Prozac can both affect sexual function. Effexor can cause abnormal ejaculation and Prozac can cause decreased libido. It is a matter of trial end error to see which one is best for any person as not everyone responds or reacts to the drug in exactly the same way.
