Is it safe to take Lexpro while being pregnant? age 18
Hi Judith,
Lexpro is classified as a 'C' category drug. This means that animal studies suggest that the drug is not safe in pegnancy, however there is no direct evidence from human studies to prove it. This drug is best avoided in pregnancy.
