Question
I am getting conflicting info about using neosporin during pregnancy.  I have seen it on "safe lists".  I used some on a toe that was rubbed a little raw.  Any info?
Thanks!

Answer
Dear Sue,

A little neosporin should not hurt anyone--unless, you are like me and highly allergic to it!

So, don't fret. Occasional use of topical neosporin does not pose a risk to you or your baby.

A great website that I found regarding all kinds of pregnancy questions is kellymom.com. I think you will find lots of valuable information there.

I wish you the best with your pregnancy! Take care.
