Question The next week is my 21 birthday and I'm going out with friends. For about the past two years I've been taking WellbutrinXL and Fluoxetine for depression. I was wondering how much alcohol would be safe to drink?
Answer Hi Ashley,
Wellbutrin can lower the seizure threshhols as can alcohol. I do not recommend any amount of alcohol when taking wellbutrin. You can have fancy non-alcoholic drinks and no one has to know.
