Pharmacy/White oblong pill

Question
I found a white oblong pill in an old purse. It is plain, no scoring but on one side is an E imprint. What is this pill?

Answer
Dear Bobbie,

After searching the databases, I found Excedrin to be a possible match. When there is only one letter to go by, it is usually an over-the-counter product of some kind. Prescription tablets have more of a unique set of identifiers.

Hope this helps!

Best,
