Answer Hi,
Finasteride (propecia) is marketed as a drug that can help with male pattern baldness. I spoke with one barber who told me about one customer he has who experienced good results with it.
Monoxidil topical(Rogaine and other brands) is another product marketed for that purpose. I do not have feedback on this product.
