what are the affects of long-term low dosage use of Darvocet-N(Propoxy-N/APA)?

Answer
Hi Angela,
Dependence on drug is a distinct possibility with propoxyphene, and with APA the possibility of liver damage is high especially if the patient consumes alcohol too. Long term use of this drug is not advisable as chronic pain should not be treated thus.
