These are generic Flexeril--10 mg muscle relaxers.  They are prescription pills.

My wife was given a prescription of this pill. Priva 563 is a muscle relaxer.

This is a generic flexiril pill... cyclobenzaprine is the generic name for it.

I have the bottle in front of me. I'm pretty sure it's a muscle relaxer. I was prescribed it for my neck pain.
