You have a poor understanding of opiate pharmacology... specifically Hydrocodone. There is no 'second wave' effect. I am a chronic pain patient and had taken Vicodin (Hydrocodone 10mg tabs, 2 every four hours - yes, a lot of pain) and the maximum analgesic effect is 4 hours, as the half life of Hydrocodone is about 2.1 hours... hence the duration. I have ALSO taken Hydromorphone, which is DILAUDID, an EXTREMELY potent opiate... and trust me, the -codone does not have a 'second wave' of -morphone activity - check your sources... twice. I now take 30mg of methadone every 12 hours and am doing fine as methadone is approx. 5-15 times as potent as Vicodin (Hydrocodone) and about 2.5x - 4x as potent as pure Morphine.

Don't disseminate information unless you are an expert... I am NOT an expert, but have experience with this... Hydrocodone is a good starting opiate, hence its popularity as a pain medication, not tooooo strong, but certainly kills pain. No 'second wave' effect makes it popular... talk to a real pain doctor and he'll make a funny face if you mention that to him. LoL. Granted, Hydrocodone may have active metabolites, but they are negligible. :)

And why are you advertising the ILLEGAL selling of Vicodin and Lortab on your website? The addicts you create, well, their blood will be on your hands... enjoy that...
