Pharmacy - false positive

Question
what could also trigger a false positive for cocaine  in a UA

Answer
In rare cases large doses of local anesthetics in the "caine" family such as novocaine, which is often used during dental surgery can cause false positive drug tests for cocaine.  One source I found lists antibiotics, such as amoxicillin, as being another source of false positive results, but a second source denies this, so that seems to be undetermined at this time.  The most complete source of information I could find is at www.erowid.org.

Thanks
