Pharmacy/what kind of pill is this

Question
Someone left two small, white, oblong pills at my house over the holiday season with "L484"  on one side.  They were found in an empty film container.  We entertained 20 guests, ranging in age from 18 - 65+.  We have asked everyone if this medication belonged to them and no one has claimed these pills.  I am hoping this is not something one of the teenagers has purchased on the street that should be reported to the police.
Any info would be appreciated.

Answer
Hi Lydia,
There is nothing to worry about the tablets they are of tylenol. The medication is so common, apparently people even forget that they are taking them. The details are given below:

Imprint Code: L484
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Acetaminophon 500mg - Tylenol - Perrigo
Description: Tablet - White - Cap-Shaped
