Question
hi, i take a few medications. i take:
warfarin, quetiapine, escitaslipram, flixotide, serevent, ventolin, uniphllin and temazapan and prednisolone as required. im worried about the effects that the medication has son me. i feel tired and worry that my medication is going to react with each other. i only just started quetiapine to replace amisulpride. the doctor doesnt seem to take notice of what else i am taking. and doesnt tell me what to expect. hope you can help. thanks niki

Answer
Hi Niki,
My first suggestion is to stop worrying. It is not your fault, but probably your doctor does not seem to care. I think you need to take a second opinion on your problems. This can be done by another doctor, someone who discusses all your problems and then advices you. I could have done it, but I am based in another country and any suggestion I make will not be honoured by the chemists in your country. So either you change the doctor, or at least let me know where you stay, so that if  have a friend near your place I could refer you to him.
My opinion is that you are over medicated, you need to cut down on all your medicines, probably what you need is just some drugs for your respiratory problem.
