Question Hi. I was considering Miracleburn as a weight loss supplement. http://www.miracleburn.com.
It contains Hoodia, Advantra Z (synephrine bitter orange), Yerba Mate, GTF Chromium, Iodine, White Willow Bark, and L-Carnitine.
-any interaction with Paxil 20 mg?
-is it known to raise blood pressure in the way that ephedrine does?
-any other dangerous side effects?
Thanks!
Answer Hi Scott,
Anything that labels itself "miracle" is likely NOT. I have tried similar products with zero success. It boils down to monitoring the glycemic index of foods you it and increasing your level of exercise. This`is the sure way to lose weight. When you read the info that comes with Miracleburn you will see that it alone does not work. You need to follow a diet which is where the weight loss comes from. Generally food supplement are not studied for interactions with traditional medications and I have not seen any literature that contradicts its use with Paxil.
Synephrine i similar to ephedrine and can cause similar side effects to epherdrine. The bottom line- avoid it.
Thank you for using Allexperts
sincerely,
