sir whether nevibolol 2.5 mg in morning, metformin sr 500 mg or (rimonabant once in morningat) 6 pm and sildenafil 25 mg (thrice in week)at night 9.30 can have interaction  or harmful effect( mild hypertensive obese with mild diabetic)

Hi,
sildenafil acts by re;easing nitric oxide. Nevibolol also acts via nitric oxide modulation. I suspect there may be additive actions here and so I do not recommend the combination without first discussing it with your doctor.
