Question
i took a pill with the name cefaclor what is it?

Answer
Hi,Ajah!
Cefaclor is an antibiotic in the cephalosporin family. Cephalosporins have a cross-sensitivity with penicillins. You should not take if you have a penicillin allergy unless you check with your doctor first.
Just a question; why did you take it if you did not know what it was for? If a doctor prescribed it for you, you should make sure  you know what the prescription is for before leaving the doctor's office.  Hope this helps, Mary
