Question my friend found a white oblong pill with an upper case e on it. She just moved into a house and she found it in a box.

I am not able to positively identify this pill. The descriptrion you give has about 30 options so without actually seeing it I am not able to make positive identification. Please take it to your local pharmacist for identification.
