Answer Hi,
Yes there are alternatives for sildenafil but the compounds are all closely related and may have similar risks. The manufacturers say that the newer compounds like Tadanafil (Erotid, Tadafil), Valdenafil have no risks but that is a matter of opinion.
Please check with your local chemist for the availability .
