Expert: Mary E Scott, RPh, CGP - 9/26/2007

Question
I take zoloft 100mg before bed and I take aciphex 20mg in the am I'm starting for feel more depressed than before i started taking the aciphex do the combinations work well together

Answer
Hi,Charlotte,
It would actually be better if you took the Aciphex at the same time as the Zoloft since Aciphex increases the absorption of the Zoloft, making it more effective.Try taking both at bedtime for a few weeks and see if you feel better. Hope this helps,Mary
